Provide a safe, nurturing environment where toddlers can learn and grow through purposeful play and teacher-guided activities.
Implement and maintain the Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum with fidelity.
Build warm, professional relationships with each child and family, maintaining consistent communication.
Promote positive behavior through redirection, modeling, and clear expectations.
Create developmentally appropriate lesson plans and classroom activities.
Monitor and document children's development using assessments, portfolios, and daily communication tools.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the classroom and follow health and safety protocols.
Collaborate with co-teachers and school leadership to ensure a cohesive and high-quality learning experience.
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
