Full-Time Nanny Needed - Concord, CA (Must Like Dogs - Labrador Retrievers)

We are a warm, pet-loving family of three with a 8-month-old baby and three friendly Labrador Retrievers, seeking a compassionate, experienced, and proactive nanny to care for our infant. This full-time position requires a minimum one-year contract, with the possibility of extension based on mutual agreement. The family offers a supportive and welcoming home environment.

Job Details

• Location: Concord, CA
  
• Schedule: Ideally Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM (8-hour day shift), with flexibility for occasional adjustments based on family needs and candidate availability.

Ideal Candidate

• Experience: At least 3 years of professional nanny experience with a strong background in infant care.
  
• Pet-Friendly: Comfortable with three large, well-trained Labrador Retrievers, including feeding them once daily in the afternoon and letting them out as needed (no additional dog care required).
  
• Proactive & Knowledgeable: Familiar with infant developmental milestones and able to engage the baby in age-appropriate activities.
  
• Certifications: Current CPR and First Aid certification required.
  
• Background Check: Must pass a background check or provide a recent one.
  
• Vaccinations: Up to date on standard vaccines recommended for childcare providers, including Tdap, MMR, flu, COVID-19, and varicella.
  
• Independent & Reliable: Able to take initiative; no deep cleaning required (family has a house cleaner), but willing to tidy up during down-time.
  
• Collaborative: Comfortable working alongside parents who may be in and out of the home, communicating effectively as a team.
  
• Languages: English proficiency required; fluency in additional languages (e.g., Spanish) is a plus.
  
• Driving: Valid driver�s license, safe vehicle, and clean driving record required.
