We are seeking a dedicated Lead Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in childcare, preschool, or related fields and a passion for educating young students. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on children's learning and development.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children
- Manage classroom behavior and promote positive interactions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with students and parents
- Assess student progress and communicate effectively with families
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a comprehensive learning experience
-Completed DCF 45 hours including competency exams, or willingness to obtain in timely manner
-Ability to pass background screening
-Pediatric First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain in a timely manner
-Ability to complete all other training courses as assigned within the time allotted
- Previous experience working with children in settings such as daycare, nannying, toddler care, babysitting, or similar roles
- Strong understanding of behavior management techniques
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to educate and engage young learners effectively
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
