*This position if for a PA Department of Education Licensed classroom. A Bachelor's degree and PA ECE certificate are REQUIRED for this position. If you have graduated with an ECE degree, but are not yet certified, you are also encouraged to apply.

The Little School is a privately owned and family operated academic childcare center serving Bucks County families since 1975. We are licensed under the Department of Education. We pride ourselves in our close-knit family culture with around 60 children and approximately 10 staff members.
Hours: Minimum requirement: Monday-Friday 8:00pm-4:00pm - Full time hours are available.
Pay rate will be based on qualifications and experience
Requirements:
· Bachelors Degree and Pennsylvania teaching certificate in Early Childhood Education.
· Physical and clearances needed to start.
· Training Required: Mandated reporter training (every 5 years), First Aid (every 2 years), Fire Safety (annually), 12 hours for DHS (annually)
Job description includes, but is not limited to:
· Plan and implement lessons based around a weekly theme, that align with the core curriculum standards.
· Follow the daily schedule assigned for the age level.
· Maintain a clean and organized classroom.
· Complete required assessments for the children under your care.
· Work as a team, with the other staff members, to provide an exceptional learning environment for the children and to help maintain our drama-free workplace.
