Hawks Prairie Veterinary Hospital is looking for a part-time Receptionist to join our close-knit, five-doctor team! This role is perfect for someone seeking weekend work plus 1-2 weekday evenings, ideal for students, second job seekers, or anyone who wants a steady, meaningful part-time gig.
Who You Are:* A people-person with a genuine love for pets- Confident working independently-especially on Saturdays
- Quick on your feet and comfortable handling a variety of front-desk tasks
- Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented
- Able to keep your cool when the phones and the energy are both buzzing
- 1-2 weekday evening shifts (typically 2-6:15 PM)
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage records
- Process payments and handle client check-in/check-out
- Support our medical team with administrative flow
- Provide a friendly, calming presence for clients-even during busy moments
