Job Summary

The Client Services Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients and their pets. This position involves managing client interactions, coordinating appointments, and providing support to our veterinary and animal care teams. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animal care and possess strong communication skills to foster positive relationships with clients.


Responsibilities


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing information about services offered.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments for veterinary services, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation, including medical histories and treatment plans.
  • Assist in the management of kennel operations, including animal handling and care.
  • Collaborate with veterinary staff to ensure seamless communication regarding patient needs and treatment protocols.
  • Educate clients on pet care best practices, including nutrition, grooming, and preventative health measures.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as processing payments, managing inventory, and ordering supplies as needed.
  • Uphold a clean and organized environment within the facility, adhering to safety protocols.


Requirements


  • Strong knowledge of animal husbandry practices and veterinary terminology.
  • Experience in animal handling, including dog handling and restraint techniques.
  • Familiarity with pet care standards and animal catheterization procedures is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a compassionate approach towards animals and their owners.
  • Previous experience in a veterinary or animal care setting is preferred but not mandatory.
