We are seeking an experienced and proactive
Training Coordinator to join our team supporting a federal contract at Fort Campbell, Kentucky. As a Key Personnel role, the Training Coordinator will be the primary on-site representative responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all training operations in support of the contract. This role requires a self-motivated leader with excellent organizational skills and the authority to act on behalf of the contractor on all matters relating to training.Schedule, organize, and execute training sessions to meet contract requirements and client expectations.
Manage logistical arrangements, track Government-Furnished Equipment (GFE), and oversee all administrative tasks related to training delivery.
Serve as the main point of contact for contract execution at Fort Campbell-capable of making real-time decisions and leading without the need for a separate on-site manager.
Facilitate briefings, participate in planning meetings, and maintain strong communication with Government personnel and other stakeholders.
Oversee and coordinate contractor staff involved in training, ensuring smooth execution and compliance with contractual obligations.

+ Ability to lead autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
+ Proficiency in briefing, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
+ Must be stationed
on-site at Fort Campbell and able to lead without the need for a secondary site manager.+ Familiarity with GFE accountability and logistics coordination.
