About the Role


We are seeking an experienced and proactive

Training Coordinator to join our team supporting a federal contract at Fort Campbell, Kentucky. As a Key Personnel role, the Training Coordinator will be the primary on-site representative responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all training operations in support of the contract. This role requires a self-motivated leader with excellent organizational skills and the authority to act on behalf of the contractor on all matters relating to training.


What You’ll Do


  • Coordinate Training Operations:


Schedule, organize, and execute training sessions to meet contract requirements and client expectations.

  • Logistical & Administrative Oversight:


Manage logistical arrangements, track Government-Furnished Equipment (GFE), and oversee all administrative tasks related to training delivery.

  • Lead On-Site Activities:


Serve as the main point of contact for contract execution at Fort Campbell-capable of making real-time decisions and leading without the need for a separate on-site manager.

  • Interface with Government Clients:


Facilitate briefings, participate in planning meetings, and maintain strong communication with Government personnel and other stakeholders.

  • Personnel Management:


Oversee and coordinate contractor staff involved in training, ensuring smooth execution and compliance with contractual obligations.


What We’re Looking For


  • Experience & Skills:
  • + Background in training coordination, military support contracts, or related fields.

+ Strong organizational and project management skills.

+ Ability to lead autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

+ Proficiency in briefing, reporting, and stakeholder communication.

  • Leadership Capability:
  • + Empowered to make on-the-spot decisions on behalf of the contractor.

+ Must be stationed

on-site at Fort Campbell and able to lead without the need for a secondary site manager.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • + Prior experience supporting DoD or Government contracts.

+ Familiarity with GFE accountability and logistics coordination.

  • This position is designated as Key Personnel under the contract.
  • The selected candidate's name will be formally submitted to the Contracting Officer (KO) at the Post-Award Conference.
