The Support Center Admin Coordinator greets and assists guests, team members and vendors; maintaining a professional and welcoming environment. As the Support Center Admin Coordinator, you will keep common areas, clean, organized and well stocked. You will manage office supplies, mail, deliveries, and inventory to ensure smooth daily operations. You will coordinate meetings and internal events, including room bookings, catering, logistics, and materials. You will Provide administrative support across departments, including document creation, data entry, scheduling, and calendar management using Microsoft Office tools. You will support logistics for new hires, including workspace setup and welcome materials. You will serve as liaison for facility-related needs and coordinate with building management regarding maintenance requests. You will assist with conference room technology, including video and presentation tools.
