We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Manager to oversee our daily operations and ensure a smooth workflow within our office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and proficiency in various administrative tasks. This role is essential for maintaining an efficient office and providing support to both staff and clients.

Responsibilities


  • Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all administrative functions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain phone etiquette while handling incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel as needed.
  • Utilize Excel for financial record keeping, invoicing, and expense tracking.
  • Oversee office management duties including inventory management, supply ordering, billing and payment details.
  • Implement organizational systems to streamline office processes and enhance productivity.
  • Support customer support initiatives by coordinating with team members to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Train and supervise clerical staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.


Qualifications


  • Proven experience in office management or administrative roles is preferred but not necessary.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with office management practices and procedures.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
