Schedule/Location/Pay:


Salary Range - $22 - $24 per hour


Full Time - On-site opportunity (1301 Woodbourne Ave Baltimore MD)

Position Summary: The School Registrar is responsible for the maintenance of student records at the campus level, processing of enrollments, transfers, and withdraws from the campus while working independently in the performance of all functions necessary to maintain an efficient and organized office in a professional and confidential manner.


Primary Responsibilities


  • Student Administration & Enrollment
  • Completes all administrative functions of the department in a professional, confidential, efficient, accurate and timely manner.
  • Enrolls new students by verifying residency, eligibility, credit level status, immunization, etc., and enter data into computerized student record system.
  • Maintains and manages the student record system by transferring and withdrawing students, receiving, and sending records, creating/generating/changing student class schedules, maintaining files and generating reports.
  • Reviews and interprets student information, including graduation standards, transcripts, etc.
  • Prepares a variety of documents and reports including transfer/transcripts, grading, and correspondence.

Registration Documentation, Process & Curation


  • Corresponds with external agencies, Home School counselors, registrars, etc.
  • Informs the building administration of student attendance concerns on an ongoing basis.
  • Assists the Special Education department with preparation of reports and student data information. d. Completes and submits all State required reports.
  • Ensures a high level of customer service and professionalism for all internal and external stakeholders, clients, and guests is always presented.
  • Remains flexible and is team oriented to ensure other duties as deemed necessary for the efficient operation of the department are executed.
  • Demonstrates an acceptance and respectfulness toward diversity concerning commonalities and differences such as gender, race, age, culture, ethnicity, class, religion, disability, sexual orientation, and gender identity.
  • Remains current on all company policies, assigned trainings and/or certification requirements.

Requirements:


Required Education and Licensure:


  • Associates Degree in Office Administration or equivalent
  • Two (2) to three (3) years� working experience with High School curriculum requirements.
  • Valid driver�s license required. Must meet state regulating agency and Home Office driving requirements


Preferred Education and Experience:


  • + Bachelor�s degree in Office Administration or equivalent
