This is a full-time on-site role for a
Sales Engineer located in Carlsbad, CA.The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, driving sales, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with clients to understand their needs, presenting technical solutions, troubleshooting product issues, collaborating with the R&D team, and supporting the sales team with technical expertise.
- Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Technical Support
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Sales and client engagement
- Ability to work on-site in Carlsbad, CA
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Knowledge of electronic connectors and cables is a plus
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools is advantageous.
- Being fluent in English and Mandarin is a plus.
