Nutré Meal Plans is looking for an enthusiastic and engaging Member Services Associate to join our growing team! We pride ourselves in providing top tier support for new and current members. In this position, the applicant would be responsible for answering customer questions, troubleshooting the website, working in a detailed and timely manner, and in a team environment. The Member Services Associate fields external customer questions, complaints and shipment inquiries while demonstrating the highest degree of courtesy, integrity and professionalism to resolve customer issues via phone, email, text and chat communication. â— Provide exceptional customer service to members, addressing inquiries and resolving
issues promptly
â— Build and maintain strong relationships with members, ensuring their satisfaction and
loyalty
â— Confer with customers to provide information about products or services, deals or sales
promotions, take or enter orders, or obtain confidential customer information
â— Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with
member and internal teams via phone, email, text and chat
â— Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts
simultaneously
â— Troubleshoot logistical issues regarding delivery and/or their subscription
â— Be comfortable utilizing multiple web-based platforms at the same time
â— Provide member outreach and keep track of responses and reactivations
â— Office administration duties such as but not limited to printing, sorting, inventory,
ordering, filing, etc

â— Packing and shipping promotional mail items, gift baskets and complimentary meal
packages
â— Daily client outreach to members who have closed their subscriptions, one on one
engagement via our text line, and recording any information collected
â— Assisting our weekend dispatch team with troubleshooting
â— Assisting with administrative/office duties (Printing, filing, etc)
â— Must be available to work on weekends
â— High School Diploma or equivalent
â— 1-2 years of customer service experience (including retail/hospitality)
â— Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate effectively with the
team
â— Independent and adaptable work ethic and ability to work in a timely manner
â— High level of comfort speaking to clients on the phone

Pay: $18.00 per hour
