The Training and Development Manager performs highly advanced (senior-level) work to manage employee training and development programs. Work involves overseeing the development and evaluation of professional development, education, and training programs at the Railroad Commission of Texas. This includes the creation, maintenance, review, and revision of internal learning and development materials, systems, programs, and processes. This position reports to the Chief Administrative Officer and works under limited supervision, with moderate latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
