The Risk Management & Safety Officer will lead clinic-wide initiatives to identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to patient care, operations, safety, and privacy. This includes overseeing insurance claims, managing external risk reporting, maintaining privacy and compliance programs, and driving a culture of proactive risk management and continuous improvement.
This position reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and collaborates with the Medical Director and department leaders to integrate risk, safety, and quality strategies across all clinic functions.

Compensation for the Risk Management & Safety Officer position is competitive and commensurate with experience, qualifications, and market standards.
