We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

Realtor Assistant to support our real estate operations. This role is essential in ensuring smooth day-to-day business activities, providing administrative support, managing transactions, and delivering exceptional customer service to clients. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable with technology, and can manage multiple tasks with accuracy and professionalism.


  • Manage calls, emails, and calendar scheduling.
  • Coordinate property showings, inspections, and closings.
  • Maintain and update client files, contracts, and MLS listings.
  • Assist with marketing, social media posts, and listing promotion.
  • Communicate with clients, lenders, title companies, and other parties.
  • Track deadlines and ensure all contract requirements are met.
  • Prepare documents for signatures and maintain compliance.
  • Run occasional errands such as placing signs and delivering documents.


Qualifications:


  • Previous real estate, administrative, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social media.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver�s license and reliable transportation.


Schedule & Compensation:


  • Full-time, Monday-Friday, with occasional evenings/weekends.
  • Competitive pay based on experience.
