Evergreen Family Health Group (EFHG) is seeking a skilled

As the Radiology Manager, you will be the primary resource ensuring our diagnostic imaging services are delivered smoothly, safely, and effectively. You'll work closely with our medical staff, including practitioners, nurses, and administrative teams, to coordinate high-quality patient care. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong technical expertise, and the ability to manage the day-to-day operations of our radiology function, including collaborating with vendors and maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards.

• Perform diagnostic imaging services (primarily X-rays) in a high-quality, patient-friendly manner.
  
• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards for radiology services.
  
• Collaborate with practitioners and clinical staff to support patient care and ensure timely imaging workflow.
  
• Maintain and troubleshoot PACS and imaging equipment in coordination with service providers.
  
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and communication with vendors for radiology supplies and maintenance.
  
• Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  

• Active Registered Technologist (RT) certification in Radiography.
  
• Demonstrated experience in a radiology setting, ideally within outpatient care.
  
• Proficiency with PACS and digital imaging systems.
  
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across various teams and departments.
  
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient safety and privacy.
  

• Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually, depending on experience.
  
• 3 weeks of paid time off.
