As a Production Quality Engineer, you will
support production activities at the Littleton, CO
manufacturing facility for the Space Electronics
Center (SEC), RF and Antenna Center (RAC),
and Mechanical Manufacturing Center (MMC).
We build circuit card assemblies, cable
harnesses, modules, and final box assemblies
that power and control spacecraft for a variety of
missions. These exciting missions include next
generation of GPS and weather satellites, as
well as several military and classified satellites that defend our nation and those that serve.
The Quality Engineer will drive process improvements on the production floor to reduce variation and nonconformances in our products. You will verify and lead changes to ensure work instructions are planned in the most efficient and effective manner, and you will work with high value hardware on the floor to ensure that defects are identified and dealt
with in the right way every time.
You will have a strong commitment to process
improvement and handle multiple projects and
priorities. You will be dedicated to the critical
responsibility of doing "what's right" for the

1. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college
in technical discipline (e.g., engineering field)
or equivalent discipline (e.g., Chemical,
Electrical, Manufacturing, Mechanical,
Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering), with 9
years or more of professional experience; or
7 years professional experience with a related
Master's degree
2. Knowledge of manufacturing/quality
processes and documentation
3. Team lead or formal leadership experience
4. Ability to comprehend and interpret
drawings, work instructions, schematics, and specifications
5. Root Cause Analysis experience
6. Knowledge of Quality Management System (QMS) requirements including AS9100, ISO9000 and/or equivalent QMS requirements
7. Demonstrates thorough attention to detail
8. Required to work off shifts, overtime and non-standard work weeks as needed to meet product deliveries
9. Ability to travel when required
