+ Search for and enter RFPs/advertisements into CRM system
+ Develop proposal outlines
+ Coordinate all phases of the proposal development process from the kick-off meeting throughout production, submission, and proposal closeout
+ Participate/attend in preproposal meetings, kick-off meetings, debriefings, etc.
+ Prepare major sections of proposals, including but not limited to project-specific firm qualifications, project descriptions, and professional resumes. Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop other proposal content.
+ Coordinate with other contributors such as graphic designers, legal department reviews of contractual language, and the appropriate signatories
+ Assist with presentation preparation, presentation materials, etc.
+ Produce consistently compliant high-quality and creative submissions while delivering exceptional customer service to internal and external partners
Required Experience
JMT offers a hybrid work schedule. The selected candidate is expected to work in a JMT office location at least three days per week or as needed to perform assigned duties. Work is performed within a general office environment 95% of the time. Work is generally sedentary in nature but may require occasional standing and walking. Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. within the office environment.
