We are seeking a highly skilled
Project Engineer - Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of EPC projects, ensuring that engineering designs, procurement processes, and construction activities align with the project’s objectives. As a Project Engineer, you will play an essential part in maintaining safety, quality, and cost-efficiency throughout the project lifecycle. Your expertise will be integral to the successful execution of projects, meeting client specifications while adhering to timelines and budgets.Coordinate all engineering, procurement, and construction activities for assigned projects. Ensure alignment between project teams, vendors, and stakeholders to maintain project schedules and milestones.
Provide technical leadership and support to the engineering team, reviewing design specifications, drawings, and calculations to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
Assist the procurement team in managing the sourcing, purchasing, and delivery of materials, equipment, and services, ensuring that all materials are available on time and meet the project’s technical specifications.
Monitor project costs and schedules, ensuring that the project stays within the approved budget. Work closely with the project manager to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Ensure that all construction activities comply with Total-Western’s quality standards and client specifications. Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify the integrity of work performed on-site.
Work closely with the safety team to ensure that all safety regulations are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct safety audits and promote a safety-first culture within the project team.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including engineering drawings, specifications, and procurement records. Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and clients.
This role is primarily office-based with occasional travel to project sites. Site visits may be required to perform engineering assessments, inspections, and technical troubleshooting. A strong commitment to safety protocols will be essential during these site visits.
The Project Engineer - EPC will report to the Project Manager and will work closely with the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction teams to ensure seamless project execution.
