HJF is seeking a

Program Manager I to lead and coordinate a suite of integrated research projects supporting the mission of the Social and Behavioral Sciences (SBS) Program within the Department of Preventive Medicine and Biostatistics (PMB) at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USU). This position plays a central role in managing long-term, interdisciplinary research initiatives that promote evidence-based health service delivery and healthcare quality for military personnel.


The Program Manager will guide day-to-day implementation and long-range strategy across multiple studies, supervise project staff, oversee operational and administrative activities, and serve as a liaison with Military Health System (MHS) stakeholders. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to impactful research on provider well-being and training effectiveness within the Department of Defense (DoD) healthcare system.
