We’re seeking experienced and passionate

• Deliver compassionate, client-centered care in a home or residential setting
  
• Assist with medication reminders, light health monitoring, and wellness routines
  
• Perform nursing duties within your scope of practice (per state law and credentials)
  
• Document services accurately and maintain up-to-date client records
  
• Communicate effectively with administrative team and client families
  
• Support transitional care plans and coordinate with other care professionals as needed
  

• Current LPN or RN license in the state of South Carolina (required)
  
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience preferred (home care, residential, or facility)
  
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
  
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments
  
• Must pass background check and provide valid professional references
  
• CPR certification (current)
  

• LPNs: $26 - $30 per hour
  
• RNs: $32 - $38 per hour
  

Pay is based on experience, license, and availability. Bonuses and weekend differentials may apply.
