Permanent (Full Time)


Pay Rate: $120,000 - $194,401/Yearly. Competitive salary range based on experience and training (to be discussed at interview).


Summary:


  • Provide visionary leadership for a growing ENT division in alignment with Vision 2030 strategic goals.
  • Standard day shifts with dedicated guaranteed OR time and clinic responsibilities (approx. 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM).
  • Oversee clinical, academic, and administrative operations for the ENT department.
  • Deliver personalized, high-quality patient care focused on minimally invasive surgical techniques.
  • Collaborate across departments to foster interdisciplinary cancer care with The Cleveland Clinic.
  • Drive innovation in clinical practices and surgical techniques using 5 Da Vinci Xi robotic platforms.
  • Lead and mentor a team of 4 board-certified surgeons and 2 advanced practice providers.
  • Develop and implement research and educational initiatives in partnership with Drexel University.
  • Engage in community outreach to expand healthcare access and reduce disparities.
  • Cultivate a skilled, diverse surgical team with a commitment to workforce development.

Submission Requirements


  • Currently Board Eligible (within 5 years) or Board Certified in Otolaryngology Required.
  • Active and unrestricted state NJ medical license Required.
  • Malpractice history disclosure Required.
  • Proof of COVID and Flu vaccination compliance Required.
