Aletheia Integrative Medical is growing, and we’re looking for a

compassionate and detail-oriented Patient Experience Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a mission-driven practice focused on whole-person care and innovative healing.

As the first point of contact for our patients, the Patient Experience Coordinator serves as the welcoming face of our practice-setting the tone for a warm, supportive experience from the very beginning. This role also includes overseeing and coordinating our therapy services to ensure seamless care and scheduling.


Duties


  • Implement patient experience initiatives aimed at improving patient satisfaction and engagement.
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure that patient-centered care is prioritized in all aspects of service delivery.
  • Address patient concerns or complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring resolution aligns with organizational standards.
  • Clean and maintain therapy rooms
  • Assist patients in and out of therapy treatments
  • Check patients in and out of appointments
  • Manage patient scheduling
  • Oversee supplement inventory and sales


Experience


  • High school graduate/GED
  • 1 year working at a front desk or related experience
