This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and digitally capable Operations Coordinator to join our fast-paced team in ensuring seamless and timely campaign delivery and connectivity of all our digital screens. This role is a key operational link between Trooh’s venues, technicians, and internal teams - requiring strong communication skills, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently.


The hours of work may vary from 9:00am to 8:00pm (Afternoon/Evening shift)


Accountabilities and Responsibilities:


  • Prioritize and assign tickets to technicians through Trooh�s ticketing system.
  • Serve as the primary contact for technicians, managing communication and ensuring jobs are completed to Trooh�s quality and timing expectations.
  • Independently track and follow up on tickets, proactively resolving delays or issues with urgency.
  • Serve as the operational link between venues, technicians, and internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and clear communication.
  • Responsible for shipping and tracking of part deliveries.
  • Set clear expectations on technician fees at the outset of each job, ensuring quotes are reasonable and aligned with scope; review and reconcile charges to confirm accuracy and flag discrepancies.
  • Ensure team KPIs are being met and recommend process improvements based on patterns or operational inefficiencies.
  • Participate in special projects, assignments, and administrative duties as needed.

  • Degree in Operations, Marketing, Business Management or a related discipline
  • Strong digital fluency: confident using tools like Excel (pivot tables, formulas), MS Teams, and basic CRM or ticketing systems (i.e. HubSpot).
  • Excellent communicator: able to write clearly, speak with confidence, and adapt tone/style to suit different audiences (technicians, internal teams, venue partners).
  • Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage shifting priorities and tight deadlines without missing a beat.
  • The ability to hold people accountable and keep others on track of work assignments.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and solutions-oriented-you don�t wait for direction to act.
