We’re currently seeking a detail-oriented, motivated

Operations Assistant to join our fast-growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative, multi-tasking environment and wants to grow in the beauty, retail, or wellness space.


What You'll Do:


Inventory & Retail Operations


  • Place and manage monthly back bar and retail orders
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and help reduce the cost of goods sold
  • Assist with product merchandising across all locations
  • Coordinate retail product flow and support our private label department with Shopify and B2B orders
  • Oversee the inventory and distribution center for Silver Mirror products


Sales & Strategic Support


  • Support the Operations Manager in planning and executing sales initiatives
  • Oversee our online Sales and execute the transactions and shipments
  • Assist with scheduling, goal-setting, and running effective sales meetings
  • Collaborate with corporate team on national and local retail promotions
  • Monitor sales activity to ensure transaction accuracy


Administrative & Expense Management


  • Assist with booking travel arrangements for the operations team
  • Track and organize all monthly expenses
  • Upload receipts and follow company protocols for expense reporting
  • Maintain accurate records for audits and reporting


Guest Experience & Team Engagement


  • Help maintain a high standard of service across all locations in line with Silver Mirror�s guest-first approach
  • Demonstrate professionalism, warmth, and hospitality with every interaction
  • Coordinate and attend team meetings and workshops
  • Serve as a role model of Silver Mirror�s core values and mission


Recruiting & People Operations


  • Post job openings on Indeed and other platforms
  • Screen and organize candidate applications
  • Assist in interview scheduling and onboarding processes
  • Track bi-weekly sick hours and maintain accurate records


Physical Requirements:


This is an active, in-person position that involves standing, walking, bending, and lifting. Must be able to move and carry up to 25 lbs.


Who You Are:


  • Highly organized and proactive with strong attention to detail
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Comfortable with administrative tools and systems (Google Suite, POS, Shopify, etc.)
  • Passionate about skincare, retail, and providing excellent service
  • 1+ years of experience in operations, retail, or administrative support preferred
