Position Title: Tour Receptionist
Reports To: Director of Sales
Purpose
A Tour Receptionist will check the guest in for their timeshare presentation, processing contracts and gifting.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Tour Receptionist: Check guest in for their timeshare presentation.
Contract Processor: Attention to detail and must be able to type over 100 words per minute.
Reporting: Build reports using excel spreadsheets.
Gifting: Provide the guest with their gift at the end of the presentation.
General Statement . Performs the job assigned, complying with Company policies and procedures, business code of ethics, all applicable laws, as well as ensuring confidentiality, reliability, quality, and productivity.
Job Requirements
Education, Essential Training / Certifications, and Experience:
High School diploma/GED referred.
Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and more.
Administrative experience is required.
Customer Service experience is required.
Type over 100 words per minutes
Timeshare Experience is required
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
Maintain a high level of professionalism.
Excellent customer services skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Flexible schedule
Shift: Weekends and holidays are required
