Job Description:

We are seeking a licensed and enthusiastic Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide therapy services to pediatric clients in a variety of settings, including home, school, clinic, and/or community. The ideal candidate is committed to helping children develop independence in their daily activities and will bring creativity, professionalism, and heart to every session.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each child�s needs
  
• Provide direct occupational therapy services focused on improving fine motor skills, sensory processing, daily living skills, and self-regulation
  
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and other therapists to support progress and generalization of skills
  
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress notes
  
• Educate and empower families with home programs and carryover strategies
  
• Participate in team meetings and continuing education opportunities
  
• Follow all state and professional guidelines and standards of care.
  

Qualifications:

• Master�s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  
• Current and valid Florida Occupational Therapy license
  
• Minimum of 1 year of pediatric experience preferred (new grads with pediatric clinical rotations are welcome)
  
• Strong understanding of sensory integration and developmental milestones
  
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
  
• CPR certification .

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
