Position Summary

A highly regarded, physician-owned neurosurgery practice in Phoenix is seeking a

Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Neurosurgeon with a specialized focus in spine surgery. This full-time opportunity combines minimally invasive techniques with complex spine reconstruction in a fully integrated, multidisciplinary environment.

Compensation & Benefits


  • Base Salary: $400,000 - $650,000 (commensurate with experience and training)
  • Incentive Structure: Productivity-based RVU bonus; profit-sharing potential

Core Responsibilities


  • Diagnose and manage a wide range of spinal disorders (degenerative, traumatic, deformity-related)
  • Perform inpatient and outpatient procedures across all regions of the spine
  • Develop individualized care and rehab plans in collaboration with integrated care teams
  • Ensure timely, accurate EMR documentation
  • Optional involvement in quality improvement, clinical mentorship, or leadership initiatives


Qualifications
Required:


  • MD or DO from an accredited U.S. medical school
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurosurgery
  • Arizona medical license (active or eligible to obtain)
  • Clinical proficiency in spine surgery, including minimally invasive techniques


Preferred:


  • Fellowship training in Spine Surgery (neurosurgical or orthopedic track)
  • Prior experience in integrated or team-based clinical environments
  • Interest in surgical education, research, or long-term leadership roles
