Infinity Marketing Team is looking for a Fall 2025 intern who is excited to learn the ins and outs of the event and experiential marketing industry. This internship will immerse the candidate through real-world event planning and management, requiring someone who excels at “learning while doing†and on-the-fly problem-solving. Responsibilities:

• Shadow and be available to event staff and management
  
• Track and organize project action items and deliverables
  
• General event research, including venues, vendors, gifting touch-points, themes, etc
  
• Attend internal meetings and take notes as required
  
• Sourcing, procurement, tracking, and management of event supplies & inventory
  
• Administrative duties, including ordering supplies, maintaining messenger/FedEx services, etc.
  
• Completing various tasks/errands to support event production and the general team
  
• On-site event support, as needed
  
• Support with bi-weekly operations and admin reporting
  

Skills and Experience:

• Passion for event production / experiential marketing
  
• General knowledge of Excel, Google Suite, etc.
  
• Excellent writing skills
  
• Ability to problem-solve
  
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team
  
• Self-motivated and highly organized
  
• Willing to work evenings and weekends based on project execution needs
  
• Must be able to work well with others and communicate with leadership in a professional & constructive manner
