We are partnering with a leading manufacturer to find an experienced Maintenance Technician to join their team. This company is known for delivering solutions across multiple industries, including automotive, aerospace, and construction. - Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals.
- Support equipment installation, upgrades, and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and regulations.
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and enhance reliability.
- 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong working knowledge of mechanical & electrical systems
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, hand tools, and power tools.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in high-temperature, noisy, and confined-space environments.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb ladders for extended periods.
- Full-time, 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shifts available
