Provide and coordinate nursing care in compliance with The Eastern Star Home policies and procedures in accordance with local, state, and federal rules and regulations. Provide supervision in the daily nursing activities of the CNAs and to assess residents care needs and take appropriate action.

Must have a current LPN license in state of Kentucky. Ability to understand, remember and carry out oral or written instructions. Ability to complete assignments in a timely manner. Ability to work flexibly and positively with intermittent interruptions. CPR certified.
