```Duties```

  • Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs
  • Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases
  • Organize and maintain legal files and documents
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and court hearings for attorneys
  • Prepare and file legal documents with the court
  • Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in the case
  • Transcribe dictations and prepare correspondence
  • Assist in trial preparation and attend trials to provide support to attorneys

  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in data entry and maintaining accurate records
  • Ability to conduct interviews with clients and witnesses to gather information
  • Knowledge of legal administrative procedures and practices
  • Familiarity with litigation processes and court rules
  • Strong research skills to find relevant case law and statutes
  • Professional phone etiquette when communicating with clients and other parties involved in the case
  • Knowledge of legal terminology and principles
