We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Leasing Agent to join our team at Newport Village in Abilene, TX. The Leasing Agent will be responsible for leasing apartments, providing excellent customer service to residents and prospective tenants, and assisting with various administrative tasks.
- Market available units to potential tenants
- Show apartments to prospective tenants
- Process rental applications and lease agreements
- Collect rental payments and security deposits
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs
- Address tenant concerns and maintenance requests
- Assist with property inspections and maintenance tasks
- Previous experience in leasing or property management preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
