Job Summary:


We’re seeking a proactive and personable

Part-Time Marketing & Admissions Coordinator to focus primarily on filling empty beds at our assisted living facility, serving all Twin Cities metro counties. This role involves outreach, lead follow-up, admissions coordination, and community engagement to maximize occupancy. Key Responsibilities:Primary Focus: Filling Empty Beds


  • Actively generate leads and convert inquiries into admissions to fill empty beds quickly.
  • Manage and follow up on all inquiries promptly via phone, email, and in-person visits.
  • Conduct facility tours for prospective residents and families.
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth admissions processes.
  • Track and report occupancy status and admissions pipeline regularly.


Marketing & Outreach


  • Support marketing initiatives tailored to increase awareness and attract new residents across Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott, Washington, and Wright counties.
  • Represent the facility at local events, senior centers, referral partner meetings, and health fairs.
  • Assist in creating and distributing promotional materials targeting families in the Twin Cities metro.


Community & Referral Engagement


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, social workers, senior centers, discharge planners, and other referral sources throughout the metro counties.
  • Coordinate and participate in open houses and community events to drive interest and generate leads.


Qualifications:


  • Proven history of experience in marketing, preferably in senior living, healthcare, or related industries.
  • Experience in sales, admissions, or lead generation is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, follow-up, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize occupancy goals and work independently.
  • Compassionate, professional, and enthusiastic about serving seniors and families.
  • Comfortable with CRM software and digital tools.
  • Knowledge of Twin Cities metro area communities is a plus.


Compensation & Benefits:


  • Competitive hourly wage: $22 to $30 per hour, depending on experience
