The Role:

Insurance Coordinator


This role is responsible for verifying insurance coverage, processing reimbursement claims, and managing inventory procurement to ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys balancing administrative tasks with strategic sourcing.


What We're Looking For


  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Solid organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Comfort with computers and data entry


What You’ll Be Doing


  • Verify Medicare, Medicaid, and other insurance eligibility
  • Stay up to date on coverage rules and billing regulations
  • Requests assignment of benefits, prescriptions, letters of medical necessity and other required information
  • Submit and process claims (manual or electronic) accurately and on time
  • Monitor and manage inventory and office supplies
  • Maintain purchase order files and reconcile with packing slips
