We are seeking a dynamic full-time HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in attracting top talent to our organization and contribute to the growth and success of our team. The candidate is responsible for advertising, recruiting, screening applicants, confirming in-person interviews, and general administrative tasks.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Create a plan to manage recruiting on a weekly and daily basis by using metrics to ensure that recruiting goals are met. Must also maintain ongoing records for applicant tracking.
  • Develop ads and an ad posts schedule weekly to ensure success in the staffing needs for the Company.
  • Conduct screening interviews through calling, texting, and virtual interviews and scheduling qualified applicants for in-office interviews with the HR Director.
  • Manage and collect all necessary new hire onboarding paperwork and certifications for all qualified applicants prior to new hire orientation.
  • Coordinate all aspects for New Hire orientation logistics: confirmations, orientation packets, badges, and all pending HR documents.
  • Answer all phone calls with a positive attitude. Must conduct business in a professional manner at all times. This is a front office position.


Qualifications:


  • Prior office experience in Home Care, Home Health , Hospitality, or Human Resources (1-2 years preferred)
  • Must be flexible and able to work in a very dynamic environment of a rapidly growing agency.
  • Good aptitude for technology. Computer skills including but not limited to MS Office, MS Excel, and applicant tracking software.
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain a pleasant and helpful demeanor with all staff and clients.
  • Superior organizational skills and with attention to detail is a MUST.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced high-pressure environment.
  • Must successfully pass a Level 2 background check.
