As an HR Services Associate, you will be at the forefront of the dynamic process of stabilizing, modernizing and then transforming our HR service delivery model. This role calls for an individual who not only has strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and customer service expertise, but also possesses a keen eye for creating efficiencies, writing standard operating procedures, and continuously improving HR functions and processes. Reports to the Manager, HR Shared Services. Responsible for the onboarding process for all contracted travel assignments within the health system and has a vital role in ensuring the accurate completion of talent acquisition and new hire onboarding. Maintains and updates the HR Management System (HRMS) and plays an integral part in HR technology¿implementations. Acts as the primary point of contact for internal and external HR customers.

The knowledge, skills and abilities indicated below are normally acquired through the successful completion of a high school diploma or equivalent. A minimum of two years of administrative experience is preferred. An Associate’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field or previous Human Resources experience is preferred.
