We are looking for a full-time, talented Front Office Assistant to join our team!


Our talented, in-demand board-certified plastic surgeon is well known for her personalized first-class care and outstanding results. She is committed to excellence and looking for a professional to represent her office.


You MUST have experience within the plastic surgery industry and/or experience in MedSpa and/or High-end luxury sales


Here is a short list of what will be expected from you in this position:


  • Assisting surgeon and patient care coordinator with daily administrative duties.


  • Being the �face†and ‘voice� of the practice.


  • Checking patients in and out, giving a five-start experience.


  • Managing inventory


  • Scheduling patients and managing the flow of the practice.


  • Maintaining a clean and well-stocked environment.


  • Ensuring an impactful, enjoyable, and efficient visit for each patient.


  • Confirming appointments via email and phone calls.


  • Be the doctors right hand man.


  • Overseeing the social media management team to ensure everything is running efficiently.


You also must possess these skills to be considered for this position:


Be Extraordinarily Organized:


You must have the ability to constantly establish and maintain organizational systems, patient files, and records, as well as process and organize email inboxes, and handle incoming phone calls, emails, text from prospective patients wanting to schedule consultations, as well as current patients needing assistance.


Have Excellent & Professional Communication Skills:


You must be able to respond professionally in person, in writing and on the phone to cash-paying cosmetic patients expecting excellent service. You have the ability to write, proof, and edit letters, emails and proposals that enhance our professional image.


Be Highly Attentive, Pro-Active & Resourceful:


You must be alert and anticipate the surgeon’s needs (in advance) in all areas of the practice. For example, ensuring the patient shows up for their consultation and is well educated on the surgeon’s reputation, surgeon is well versed about the patient’s wants, photos are taken, etc.


Quick Learner and Tech Savvy:


You must be familiar with technology such as Microsoft Office Suite and have used an EMR computer system in the past.


Requirements:


  • Strong customer services skills


  • You MUST have experience in the plastic surgery, MedSpa and/or high-end luxury sales.


  • Bachelor�s degree is preferred


  • Knowledge with medical terminology


  • Have experience working with EMR programs


Private training will be available for the right candidate.


90 Day Probationary Period


Compensation: $30-$35 per hour


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour


Expected hours: 40 per week
