Your Role: Front Office Team Member

As the

first point of contact for our patients, you will be responsible for creating a warm and professional experience from the moment they walk through our doors.

Patient Experience & Customer Service:

• Greet patients warmly and make them feel welcome.
  
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
  
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments efficiently.
  
• Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes.
  
• Educate patients on treatment options, financial policies, and center services.
  
• Handle patient concerns with empathy and prompt resolution.
  

Administrative & Office Management:

• Maintain accurate patient records while ensuring HIPAA compliance.
  
• Verify insurance eligibility and assist with pre-authorizations.
  
• Collect payments, process invoices, and assist with financial arrangements.
  
• Keep the front office organized, clean, and fully stocked.
  
• Support team members and assist in coordinating office schedules.
  
• Assist with marketing initiatives, referral programs, and community events.
  
• Prepare required materials for the morning huddle and attend daily team meetings.
  

Collaboration & Compliance:

• Work closely with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient care.
  
• Maintain OSHA and HIPAA compliance standards.
  
• Assist in onboarding and training new front office staff.
  
• Support the Office Manager as needed.
  

What We’re Looking For:

·

High School Diploma or GED required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree is a plus).

·

Experience in a dental or medical front office is preferred but not required.

· Strong

communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

· A

friendly, professional, and patient-centered attitude.

· Proficiency with

dental/medical software & Microsoft Office.

· Knowledge of

insurance verification and billing (a plus!).

· A

team-oriented mindset with a passion for learning and problem-solving.

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
