Location: Downtown Oconomowoc | Pay: $20-$24/hr
Schedule: Mon-Fri, daytime hours (Office closes at noon Fridays)


Oconomowoc Realty LLC is a family-owned real estate company seeking a dependable, organized, and friendly Office Administrator. This full-time, in-person role supports our team and clients with day-to-day administrative tasks and customer service.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Answer phones, emails, and greet visitors
  • Receive payments, write receipts, and handle basic bookkeeping
  • Coordinate rental property tasks: leases, move-ins/outs, maintenance
  • Manage storage unit tenants using software
  • General office duties: mail, supplies, data entry, support for team


Requirements:


  • Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Comfortable handling payments
  • Lifting boxes 20 pounds, based on moving records, shipments, etc.
