The
Senior Manager, Competitive Intelligence Operations & Initiatives, will play an instrumental role in the evolution of a large-scale, company-wide data program that sits within the Global Product Intelligence function at Marriott. Through strong cross-functional collaboration and business acumen, this individual will assist with executing the strategy & vision for the program. The primary focus of the position is to become a SME of the CoStar Benchmarking application in order to develop training and change management resources, provide technical & process related support to end users, and assist with trouble shooting any related data reporting process issues.OR
4+ years of relevant professional experience in Revenue Management, Sales, or related function, demonstrating progressive career growth and pattern of exceptional performance.
o Fluency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word required
o Strong interpersonal skills and be able to work well with non-technical and technical audiences, clearly communicating project needs, risks, delays, and outcomes to all levels of the organization.
o Strong desire to solve business problems using data driven solutions.

Writing - Communicates effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience.The pay range for this position is $47.30 to $78.37 per hour.
