Job Summary

Our firm is currently seeking a qualified Attorney to join our Family Law practice. In this role, you will work closely with our experienced Family Law partners, providing legal support and managing assigned cases. This position offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a dynamic team while delivering high-quality legal services to our clients.


Responsibilities


  • Conduct legal research using various resources such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw
  • Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts
  • Represent clients in calendar calls and pre-trial motions
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
  • Draft legal articles
  • Review and analyze legal documents for accuracy and compliance


Qualifications


  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Proficient in legal administrative tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
