Under the direction of the Assistant Vice President, Administration and Security, responsible for facilities and maintenance projects, including handling of respective third-party relationships.


Essential Job Functions:


  • Performs light maintenance duties including assembling furniture and small equipment.
  • Coordinates between service providers and staff for heavier facility needs/maintenance, including landscaping, electrical and plumbing.
  • Proactively visits office locations inside and outside to identify maintenance needs, including employee and member safety concerns.
  • Obtains bids and cost estimates to determine to whom work will be awarded within established limits.
  • Performs project management by creating timelines and target dates, scheduling work, and tracking and reporting progress of projects.
  • Regularly reports project statuses to management and affected staff.
  • Decides on the purchases of furniture, fixtures, and equipment within established limits.
  • Validates invoices to work performed or goods/services received before authorizing payments.
  • Manages facilities related vendor relationships and resolves any issues, including due diligence on selection of new facilities vendors.
  • Prepares annual vendor risk assessments for facilities related service providers.
  • Creates and updates facilities related policy/procedures.
  • Prepares and justifies annual facilities budget.
  • Administrative duties include writing correspondence, completion of reports and filing paperwork.
  • Ensure adherence to all job-related aspects of the credit union�s compliance programs - specifically but not limited to the BSA/OFAC/US Patriot Act/Red Flag/Elder Abuse and Vendor Management.
  • Compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and other compliance programs and their implementing regulations, as they pertain to your position, is a condition of employment. Attendance to the compliance training programs is mandatory.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Physical, Mental, and Environmental Demands: Must be able to multi-task and respond to changing priorities, sometimes in pressure situations. Must be able to work independently and as a member of a team. Must be able to bend, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, and work at a desk. Must have the manual dexterity to operate a computer and other office equipment and tools. Respond to visual and aural cues. Must be able to travel between offices including outside Las Vegas and to other work-related functions.

Pay: $24.94 - $27.70 per hour
