We’re seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Event Coordinator to lead the planning and execution of weddings, bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, and other bridal-related experiences at The Cove Social Club. This role is equal parts logistics and hospitality, ensuring every celebration is beautifully executed and every client feels supported from first inquiry to final send-off.


Key Responsibilities


Event Planning & Coordination


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for wedding and bridal clients from booking through event completion
  • Lead planning meetings to gather client vision, preferences, timelines
  • Create and manage detailed event timelines, layouts, and checklists
  • Coordinate vendor logistics
  • Conduct venue walkthroughs, tastings, and rehearsals as needed


Event Execution


  • Oversee on-site setup, breakdown, and transitions on the event day
  • Act as the go-to problem-solver, ensuring everything runs smoothly and to plan
  • Manage day-of logistics including timelines, vendor coordination, and guest flow
  • Support bridal parties and families with a calm, professional, and accommodating presence


Client Experience


  • Deliver exceptional service and communication throughout the planning process
  • Offer creative ideas and suggestions tailored to each couple�s unique style and needs
  • Anticipate needs and resolve concerns proactively and professionally
  • Build lasting relationships that result in glowing reviews, referrals, and repeat business


Administrative & Team Collaboration


  • Maintain accurate records, contracts, and communication in CRM or planning tools
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to attract bridal clients and promote offerings
  • Track client satisfaction, event feedback, and vendor performance
  • Stay current on wedding trends, styles, and industry best practices


Qualifications


  • 2+ years experience in event planning, ideally with a focus on weddings or social events
  • Exceptional attention to detail, multitasking, and organization
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to remain calm and resourceful under pressure
  • Familiarity with event software, floor plan tools, and CRM platforms
  • Weekend and evening availability required; flexibility is a must


Job Type: Part-time


Pay: $10,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year


Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
