Compensation & Benefits - Industry Leading


Choose Your Compensation Model:


Option 1: High Hourly Model


  • $45-$65 per billable hour (based on funding and region)
  • $18/hour administrative reimbursement for documentation, travel, etc.
  • Global equivalency: $55-$75/hour
  • Bonus Structure: Additional $10/hour when averaging 25+ billable hours/week
  • Top Earners: Up to $166,250 annually (35 billable hours/week)


Option 2: Base Salary + Bonus Once Full-Time Caseload Assigned

What We're Looking For


Must-Haves:


  • Licensed Speech Language Pathologist
  • Prior early intervention experience required (not entry-level)
  • Expertise with birth-to-36-month population
  • Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
  • Excellent communication and family coaching abilities
