Two years of experience with a previous Treatment Coordinator role utilizing Dentrix software, accounts receivable and insurance verification a must.
Required qualifications include:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator
- Proficiency in Dentrix software

- Coordinate patient treatment plans and schedules, ensuring clear communication between dental staff and patients
- Use Dentrix software to manage patient records and appointments efficiently while maintaining HIPAA compliance
- Provide administrative support, including answering inquiries and presenting treatment options to patients
- Stay informed on medical terminology and dental procedures to assist in patient education and care
- Create a welcoming and positive environment for patients, addressing concerns and ensuring an excellent experience
