We are looking for a dental front office/office manager to start work ASAP at The Mill Creek Dentist, in Mill Creek. Our hours are M-TH, 7:30am-5:30pm, full time, with the chance of more hours opening in the future.

We are looking for someone extremely reliable, punctual, exceptionally quick to learn, and highly skilled at communicating with and assisting patients. Candidates should have prior experience with insurance coordination, scheduling, billing, treatment presentation, and other related front office duties, as these will be part of the day-to-day responsibilities in this role. We use Dentrix. To ensure success in this role,

we’re looking for candidates with at least five years of experience working in a dental front office as an office manager. Please apply only if you meet this requirement.


Duties


  • Leverage prior experience and data-driven analysis to support strategic growth of the practice, increase patient volume and production, and expand capacity through the addition of new providers
  • Supervise and manage staff performance and accountability
  • Process and manage payroll accurately and on schedule
  • Interview, hire, and onboard new staff to support practice growth and operational efficiency
  • Analyze practice data to identify areas for operational and financial improvement
  • Coordinate and lead staff meetings to improve communication and streamline office systems
  • Develop and implement new systems and training materials to support team efficiency
  • Contribute to growth by increasing new patient acquisition, treatment acceptance, and overall production
  • Proficient in front office operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative workflow
  • Experienced in handling insurance verification, billing, accounts receivable, and related tasks
  • Perform various administrative and operational duties to optimize overall office performance


Experience:


Extensive Dentrix knowledge required.


Skills


  • High proficiency in dental software system: Dentrix.
  • Exceptionally fast learner with strong self‑teaching skills and quick adaptability.
  • Strong patient service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
  • Experience in dental administrative support, including insurance verification, treatment presentation and billing.
  • Strong familiarity with dental terminology to facilitate effective communication within the practice.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
