NOMOS Glashütte is a German manufacturer of high-quality mechanical watches that is expanding its presence in the North American market. We want to grow our NYC-based team and offer an entrepreneurial environment with a particular focus on quality and customer service.


Your position


You will be part of NOMOS’ US team, working at the digital purchasing and after-sales experience of our customers and are responsible for their satisfaction.


Tasks will include


  • Competent advice and support for our national and international customers by e-mail, on the phone or via chat as well as sometimes in person
  • Ensuring smooth order processing, working closely with other teams and locations in Germany
  • Handling all administrative and organizational tasks, related to order processing and customer satisfaction
  • Evaluating your customer contact experience with a view to improving the sales and after-sales experience and our workflows


Qualifications


  • Experience in a customer facing service role either in person or via digital channels
  • First work experience in the described area
  • Excellent B2B and B2C communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Experience with QuickBooks, Shopware or related order management software
  • Skilled in working with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of German is a plus

  • A self-starter and quick thinker who can manage themselves independently
  • Results driven team player
  • Knowledgeable about high-quality luxury goods and/or mechanical watches is a plus


Candidates must possess authorization to work in the U.S.
