- Serve as the lead technical architect for IMPACT and the EDW
- Responsible for day-to-day technical oversight of the IMPACT project and product solutions
- Manage the design and development of master data management solutions
- Provide strategic guidance on the modernization of the EDW, including cloud migration strategy

- Requires a Bachelor�s degree in computer science, information technology, business or related field or equivalent work experience
- Requires four (4) years of progressively responsible administrative experience in a health or human services organization

- Prefers a minimum of five (5) years of increasingly responsible project management experience particularly information technology projects
- Demonstrated experience delivering working solutions that meet real user needs
- Prefers a thorough knowledge of hardware and software, languages, and procedures to provide assigned technical and analytical services
- Prefers a comprehensive understanding of network architecture and client/server. technology, with knowledge of API-first design and modern architectural patterns
- Prefers an expert level database administration skills and experience with data governance in regulated environments
- Prefers software development skills and experience, with understanding of accessible design principles
- Prefers knowledge of Business Intelligence tools
- Prefers working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project
- Prefers a keen analytical and problem-solving skills beyond technical solutions
- Prefers a strong verbal and written communication and presentation abilities, particularly translating complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders
- Prefers experience mentoring teams and creating collaborative environments
