We are seeking a skilled
Clinical Systems Development Analyst to join our EHR Development and Implementation team. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on the frontlines of health IT transformation in correctional health facilities across New York City. Reporting to the Director of EHR Development.- Determine and analyze business and technical requirements from end-users.
- Evaluate and redesign current clinical workflows and systems.
- Document functional requirements and revise systems accordingly.
- Collaborate in the design, testing, and documentation of EHR features.
- Troubleshoot application issues and validate fixes.
- Develop content and supporting documents for clinical systems.
- Facilitate user validation sessions and communicate system enhancements.
- Education: Bachelor�s degree (Master�s preferred) in healthcare, IT, business, or a related field
- Experience: At least 4 years of relevant professional experience, including 18 months in a supervisory, managerial, or administrative role
- Industry: Must have a healthcare background (required)
